Forms
Forms are documents created by the Protocol and Liaison Service outlining what information is required to process different requests. Forms help ensure that all necessary information is provided, allowing our office to promptly process requests.
Please note that all forms require a cover letter. The cover letter is the official request instructing the Protocol and Liaison Service to act. The letter provides information necessary for successful processing.

Checklist
To facilitate the processes of registration of staff, registration to UN meetings, building pass issuance and/or renewal, we have updated the checklist for each action. It provides a list of required documents, as well as the basics on how the form should be filled out.
